ENHANCING QUALITY OF MILK AND MILK
PRODUCTS WITH UHT PLANT

Homogenization
Homogenization is a mechanical process and doesn't involve any
additives. It leads to longer shelf life of milk. Here fat molecules
in milk are broken down so that they resist separation and remain
suspended evenly throughout the milk.
Pasteurization
Ultra High Temperature (UHT) pasteurization, is the process of
heating milk to approximately 280 °F for just 2 seconds and then
chilling it back down rapidly. The result is milk that's 99.9% free from
bacteria.
Ultra High Temperature Plant
Milk is subjected to Ultra High Temperature (UHT) which destroys
germs and preserves vitamins and nutrients. This very short stage of
heating and cooling destroys bacteria and microorganisms and ensures
the preservation of vitamins and proteins.
