 INTRODUCTION
• Kolej Poly Tech Mara community is mostly
using Malay in college daily life
• barely speak English in proper grammar and
correct pronunciation and listen to basic
instruction
• the main point of this event is to rise up their
awareness about the importance of English
• event also provides games to learn English in
fun way
 PROBLEM STATEMENT
• Cannot speak using proper grammar

• Cannot listen to simple instruction and

question

• Cannot speak in good pronunciation

 OBJECTIVES
• To enable the students to get used to listening
to simple instructions

• To allow the students to speak more fluently

in English

• To enhance the student’s ability to

communicate between peers
 SIGNIFICANCE
• Students are able to process the information
correctly by listening

• To produce students that can speak well in

English

• To overcome misunderstanding and

misinterpreting of communication

 ACTIVITIES
“Blindfolded Drawing”
• the participants is divided into four to five
members per group
• materials :“mahjong” paper/card board and
coloured marker pen
• A face without eyes, nose, mouth and ears is
drawn on the paper.
 RULES AND REGULATION
1. One of the group members need to be
blindfolded and draw the face
2. Other members have to be the instructors
and give the instructions where to draw the
missing eyes, nose, mouth and ears with the
correct assigned colour.
3. The coloured marker pens will be placed on a
table besides the blindfolded player

4. Every player will be given 30 seconds to give
their instructions each.

5. Only one player can give instruction at one

time.

6. The group with the best drawing and the

correct assigned colour win.
 DURATION
• The event will be held from 9.00 a.m until 2.00
p.m.
• Each game will take about 10 to 15 minutes.
• It depends on the weather, participant’s co-
operation and the efficiency of facilitator to
facilitate the events.

• Based on the demand to have more activities
and promote the use of the English in college
• Contribute towards improving English
proficiency among the staffs and students
• Will cultivate their awareness of the
importance of learning the language.

to handle the event
. We hope that this event will be
