2. Then the concrete pavement is carried out at the location of Lane 2 (directions to Outdoor Switchyard)
3. The concrete pavement thickness is 20 cm and the road width is 5 m while the thickness of wiremesh is
8 cm
4. Concrete pavement length is approximately 352 m

Temporary Drain
Ditch
During construction at temporary repair of existing access road area, it will be constructed
temporary drain ditch around road plan (as shown in the figure) and will be streamed to the cliff.

CONCRETE PAVEMENT WITH WIREMESH
• Dowel installation is performed on each cross-connections for the purpose of a load-bearing system so that adjacent plates
can work together without any significant decline
• Tie bar installed on longitudinal joints for the purpose of binding the concrete (plate) so as not to move horizontally.
• After that install wiremesh based on engineer’s instruction
• Concrete pavement casting is carried out by pouring fresh concrete directly from Mixer Truck which has
arrived at the location further spread / leveled by using hoe in casting area.
• Then the concrete compaction is carried out by Vibrator.
PAGE 10
CONCRETE PAVEMENT WITH WIREMESH
• The final touch of the concrete pavement is to re-level the concrete surface with a leveling tool and do ± 2 times for
smoothing concrete surfaces
• Then the concrete is still in plastic state (± 1 - 3 hours after casting) is given a texture to give the surface
roughness by grooving in the direction of crossing the road using a wire brush.
• Protect the concrete during the first few hours after casting and surface texture manufacture to minimize
evaporation by watering concrete with water or another curing method for concrete.
• Making slit with saw cutter as deep as 4 cm to prevent crack in concrete
• Application of joint sealant
