a. Operational Cost can not compete with China Product.
b. High Consumption Electrical in the process.
c. Increase of energy and labor price.
d. Limitations in investment intruments measurement
e. Tecnology in Industries are already absolate and inefficient in energy
used.
f. Need to support of Financial Scheme of New Invesment of Equipment.
 2. Target / Expected Result
a. To Implement of EnMS ISO 50001.
b. Reduce Operational Cost.
c. Reduce for Electrical Consumption and CO2.
d. To Improve the productivity.
e. To Utilize the equipment optimilazation .
f. To get financial Support to Promote Measures for EE and C.
 3. Problems / Barrier.
a. Difficult to use Energy Material Balance to analize the energy balance.

b. Due to high interest rate difficult to invest high technology

c. Lack of knowledge/ experience to newest efficient technology

d. Not available financial support to Promote Measures for EE and C in

Indonesia.
 4. Counter Measurement.
a. To implement Energy – Material Balance and cost management Data
Base.
b. To use SEU affecting factor
c. To Sustain EC Promotion Standart and guideline.
d. Requirement of cooperation assistancy from Japan excellent ESCO/JCM
through ECCJ / METI programs
e. Replacement / modification of the inefficient technology using an
approriate mechanism of financing

e. We will implement the Energy Balance using user friendly MFCA.
