INTRODUCTION
Training is defined as a learning and task oriented activity.
The process of teaching the basic skills to new employees
to perform their jobs is called as training.
The aim of providing Training is to develop attitudes,
skills and knowledge for effective performance of the
work.
Career planning is a systematic and integrated approach to
the career development.

Career planning is a ongoing process where we explore our
interest and abilities, strategically plan our career goals and
create future work success by designing learning and
action plans to help in achieving our goals.

objectives and creatively developing activities that will
achieve them.
Career planning is the employee’s counterpart to the
organisation’s overall human resource criteria.

development programs need to be run.
