SLIDE SHOW IN

POWERPOINT
 A slide show is an on-screen presentation
of information/ideas presented on slides. A
slide show enforces the ideas, comments,
solution or suggestions presented in the
slide. Slide shows are conducted by a
presenter using an apparatus, such as a
carousel slide projector, and overhead
projector.
Custom slide show- Create or play a custom slide show .A Custom slide show
displays only the slides you select .This enables you to have several different
shows(For example a 30 minute show and a 60 minute show)within the same
presentation
Hide slide- Hide the current slide from the presentation. it will not be shown during full
screen slide show.
Record Narration- Record a narration track using the microphone attached to your computer.
Your narration can be played back along with the full screen slide show.
Rehearse Timings- Launches a full screen slide show in which you can rehearse your presentation .The
amount of time you spend on each slide is recorded and you can save those timings to run the show
automatically in the future.
Resolution-Choose the screen resolution to use for the full screen slide show Smaller resolution
generally display faster, while larger resolutions can show more visual detail.
Use Presenter View- Shows the full screen slide show using presenter view. This view
allows you to project the full screen slide show to one monitor while viewing a special
view speaker view.
 Before you present your slide show, you'll need
to think about the type of equipment
That will be available for your presentation.
Many presenters use projectors during
presentations you might consider using one as
well.This allows you to control and preview
slides on one monitor while presenting them
to an audience on another screen.
To Start Click the From Beginning command on the Quick Access toolbar, or
press the F5 key at the top of your keyboard. then
The presentation will appear in full-screen mode.
You can also click the Play Slide Show command
at the bottom of the PowerPoint window to begin
a presentation from the current slide.
Click the Slide Show tab on the Ribbon
to access even more options. From here,
you can start the presentation from the current slide and
access advanced presentation option.
To advance and reverse slides
You can advance to the next slide by clicking your
mouse or pressing the spacebar on your keyboard.
Alternatively, you can use the arrow keys on your keyboard to
move forward or backward through the presentation.
You can also hover your mouse over the bottom-left
and click the arrows to move forward or backward.
to stop a slide show
You can exit presentation mode by clicking the Esc key
on your keyboard. Alternatively, you can click the Slide Show
option button in the bottom left and select end show.
