    DISCUSSION
    The major question in this report is why these 3 brands which are Panasonic, Samsung and
    LG have been chosen. There are many popular brands of washing machine that can be
    chosen, yet these 3 brands are selected because they are more compatible with the
    criterion given by our customer, Encik Zakaria Bin Samsul. Even though, the other brands
    are good but most of the washing machines exceed the price that customer wants and
    some of them are with front load washer which are not match with our customer’s criteria.
    In addition, our customer wants a washing machine that has 2 years warranty but some of
    the washing machines only have 1 year warranty.
