Important Steps To Follow For Correction: -

Never interrupt the student between his/her


sentence.
If mistake is made late the student to finish
his/her topic.
The teacher should not be strict when a

Correction can be made orally on the board (by
writing)

the mistake.
OR the teacher should show the mistake and
If the student can’t correct the student

what teacher is going to present
for the audience.

Writing a Lesson Plan
The main purpose of lesson plan is to help the
teacher to prepare the lesson.
It helps them decide what they’ll do and how they
do it. Teachers can look at the lesson plan again
after a lesson and use it to evaluate what
happened. (Did they do what they planned to do?
Was each stages successful?)
Teacher can keep the lesson plan and use it again
in next term.
There is no “correct” way to write the lesson plan,
although a good lesson plane should give a clear
picture of what the teacher intends to do in the
lesson.
The plan below, is intended as an example of how a
lesson plan can include some of the features
discussed in this part

OR controlling means to prevent the
things that

1- How to get ready for a class?


* First check what you’re going to check?
* Make a balanced lesson plan for that.
* Select you’re teaching materials.
* make sure nothing is missing.
* Enter the class on time.

2- How to enter & start a class?


* Enter the class quietly.
* If needed, knock the door.
* set your materials on the desk or table.
* Do not forget greeting & having an over all.
* Eye contact with all the students.
* Start the class with checking the attendance.
* Warm up (news, views, games, puzzle questions, etc…)
3- How to deal with the late comers/absentees?
* Ask the reason in a kind way.
* Try your best to solve the problem and give her/him good
advice.
* Warn the second time if the student behaves reluctantly.
* Exclude the third time contact the office or parents.

4- How to deal with the shy & bashful students?


* Give them more chance to speak.
* Encourage them.
* Try to identify their weak points.
* Contact his/her parents, close friends if your efforts aren’t
resultant.
* Be patient.
5- How to ask a question?
* First by having a eye contact, with everyone make sure that you
have got the
whole classroom’s attention.
* Ask your question generally.
* Then choose someone to answer.
* You don’t give the answer until you are sure that no one knows the
answer.

6- How to monitor a class?


* Give clear directions and limit the time.
* Make sure every one understood the direction.
* Walk very slowly and quietly near each student and try to hear
what they are
talking about. (Do they follow the directions?)
* If they have problem, solve the problems in a bit more clear way.
* Try to keep students work quietly. Don’t let the noise level
increase.
* When the time is up, and you are sure that the exercise is finished,
then you
can ask them one by one, be careful, not to disorder or
misarrange the turns
that they have to take.
How to finish a class?
* Announce them that the lesson is finished “that is
all.”
“that’s enough for today.” or…………………………
* Assign a homework for them, especially from the
difficult
topics.
* If possible, have a short statement or revision of
what your
taught.
* Ask them about their problems (some teachers
hand the
papers or HW out to students).
