Module 1 ⊗ We were supposed to plan the order according to delivery dates irrespective of the type of garment like order of shirt in shirt line. ⊗ For getting better efficiency all orders are supposed to be completed on time. ⊗ We have arranged the orders according to delivery dates and randomly put orders in any of the column. Module 1 (cont.) ⊗ After completion of this module we were given 10 extra orders and products to add in the module and bring it to the best efficient planning. And no order should be in red, orange or yellow in colour as it depicts late order. ⊗ Grey bar indicates pre-production completed on times. ⊗ Red bar indicates pre-production was late and still remaining late. ⊗ Green bar indicates pre-production is pending and yet not overdue. ⊗ Red tick indicates event is complete, but it was late
