• An engineer who is in public service as an advisor to a governmental or quasi-

governmental body should not participate in any decision with respect to professional
service. (II.4.d. Part 2)

• In this case there was an engineer who worked as a principal in a local engineering
company, also serves the board of directors of the private health care provider
