Major Revision in the Current scheme: Recommendations of BOS
1. The seminar course is shifted from semester 3rd to semester 2nd to better facilitate
students for research orientation.
2. Aptitude (TDT 608) & Soft skills (TDP 655) are introduced in 1st and 2nd semester
respectively as university core.
3. Comprehensive physics course is put into elective basket on the recommendation of

BOS committee.
4. A new course SPA-767: Cosmology & GTR is introduced Elective group of nuclear
& Particle Physics.
5. The Course EDT-791 Educational Technology was deemed unnecessary by the panel
and removed on their recommendation.
