Article I - Offenses Against Person, Decency,
Good Custom, Honor and Morality
Section 1 -Disrespect & discourtesy to customers &
officers (V4)

Section 2 -Provoking, instigating or engaging in a


physical fight within the company premises or in
company sponsored activities (V4)

Section 3 - COERCION (V3)


Section 4 - Using disrespectful, abusive, indecent or
offensive language against customers, guests or co-
employee within the Company premises (V4)
Section 5 – Improper conduct and/or acts of gross
discourtesy, disrespect to co-employees, visitors or
guest at anytime within the Company premises.

Section 6 – Commission of a crime or offense by the


employee against a person of his employer or any
immediate member of his family or his duly
authorized representative. (V1)

Section 7 – Conviction for any crime in any Court of


Law in the Philippines. (V1)
Section 8 – Attempt to commit or committing any
crime against chastity while in Company premises
or at job sites or committing any act constituting
immorality of scandalous proportions. These crimes
includes, among others, rape, seduction, corruption
of minors and act of lasciviousness. (V1)

Section 9 – Physical assault upon management


personnel on-or off-premises.

Section 10 – Verbal abuse, threatening or attempting


to intimidate any superior/management personnel
by any means. (V2)
Section 11 – Swindling, malversation,
misappropriation or theft of funds or personal
property of a fellow employee. (V3)

Section 12 – Rumor – mongering creating intrigues


damaging to co-employees. (V5)

Section 13 – Using profane or obscene language


during working hours within the Company premises
or on fieldwork. (V4)
Section 14 – Bringing alcoholic beverages inside the
Company premises, unless specifically authorized by
the Company/Management. (V4)

Section 15 – Drinking alcoholic beverages during


working hours except on special occasions
authorized by the company such as anniversaries
and parties initiated by the company. (V2)
Section 16 – Reporting to work under the influence
of liquor or prohibited drugs . (V2)

Section 17 – Gambling or engaging in games of


chance within Company premises. (V4)

Section 18 – Bringing in, showing or exhibiting


pornographic materials, pictures or articles
during/within Company time/premises or at job
sites. (V3)
Article II – Offenses Against Property
Section 1 – Posting, inscribing, removing or altering printed
matters and materials on Company bulletin boards or non
Company –owned boards and signs unless specifically
authorized by the Company/Management. (V4)

Section 2 – Use of Company facilities, materials and


equipments without proper authorization. (V3)

Section 3 – Reckless imprudence resulting to damage of


company properties. (V3)
*** Subject to a graver sanction depending on the
gravity/amount of damage
Section 4 – Tampering or damaging Company property or
other person’s property held in trust or in custody of the
Company. (V1)

Section 5 – Substituting or attempting to substitute company


materials, equipment or parts of equipment with another of
inferior quality or lesser value. (V1)

Section 6 – Misappropriation or theft of Company funds or


properties. (V1)

Section 7 – Swindling or malversation of funds or property of


the Company or of a client or customer of the Company. (V1)
Section 8 – Neglecting or refusing, after due demand or
notice, without justifiable reasons, to remit, pay,
reimbursement or liquidate monies, collections or cash
advances, or return stocks or other properties, entrusted to
him by the Company/Management. (V3)

Section 9 – Vandalism –willful or malicious destruction or


defacement of private or company properties. (V2)

Section 10 – Any other forms of dishonesty, fraud or deceit


committed by the employees against the company or its
clients or its co-employees (V1)
Article III- Offenses Against Company
Interest
Section I - Failure to report any violation of Company
rules and regulations. (V2)

Section 2 – Failure to report accident causing injury


to employee/s during working time (incident shall be
reported immediately superior). (V4)
If sustained within the premises – immediately
If sustained outside the premises – w/ in 1 hour

Section 3 – Rumor-mongering creating intrigues


damaging to the Company name and reputation. (V3)
Section IV- Abandonment of Work- Leaning one’s
work on account of illness (or any related cause)
without informing immediate Supervisor or which
causes serious damage to the Company(V2)

Section 5- Intentional omission to report to the


Company when afflicted with serious and contagious
disease which may endanger the health and lives of
co-employees(V3)

Section 6 – Transmitting confidential information


without authorization. Confidential information
pertains to: (V1)
(a) Trade secrets
(b) Construction plans & design
(c) Contracts, Agreements & business dealings
(d) Finances, salaries, & inventories

Other than as stipulated above, unauthorized


transmittal of information which are detrimental
to company operation. (V3)

Section 7 – Using Company’s name in personal or


private transactions which causes the company
properties to risk and besmirched company’s
reputation. (V3)
Section 8 – Distributing written or printed matter
detrimental to the Company. (V3)

Section 9 – Tampering, falsifying or misrepresenting


personal or other company records, reports, documents
or papers. (V3)

Section 10 – Submission of erroneous vital reports such


as but not limited to expense, financial, sales,
production, etc. (V4)

Section 11 – Forgery or falsification of Company records,


reports, accountable documents, etc. when it causes
serious damage to the Company. (V1)
Section 12 – Perjury – define as lie under oath; the
voluntary violation of an oath to tell the truth.

Section 13 – Gross or habitual neglect by the


employee of his duty, e.g., sleeping while operating
the gas plant or guarding the Company property. (V1)

Section 14 – Persuading, inducing or influencing, or


conspiring with another employee to perform an act
constituting a violation of any of the Company’s
existing rules, regulations or policies. (V2)

Section 15 - Fraud or willful breach by the employee


of the trust reposed in him by the Company or duly
authorized representative. (V1)
Section 16 – Intentional delaying of execution of
works/orders that requires immediate action. (V4)

Section 17 – Temporary abandonment of work or


leaving company premises during working hours
without prior permission from supervisor or manager,
loafing , or loitering. (V4)

Section 18 – It is strictly prohibited to become an


Agent/Confidential Agent and /or Asset or be connected
with any government investigative agency such as but
not limited to National Bureau of Investigation (NBI),
Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) and
PNP. (V2)
Section 19 – Obtaining or accepting money or
anything of value by entering in to unauthorized
arrangement with suppliers or other outsiders. (V1)
Article IV- Offenses Against
Administration & Policy
Section 1 – Wearing wooden clogs, bakya or slippers during
working hours. (V5)
Section 2 – Wearing improper attire during working hours
such as but not limited to short pants, dirty clothes,
undershirts, etc., except when working all the motor pool
section. (V5)
Section 3 - Failure to Wear the Proper Uniform as Maybe
required and specified by the Company (V5)
Section 4 – Failure to wear the official Company ID during
working hours within the Company Premises or on fieldwork.
(V5)
Section 4- Lost Identification cards (ID’s) will be accordingly
charged to the employee at cost. An affidavit of loss is
required.
Section 5 – Wasting Company time for personal affairs. (V5)
Indulging in private conversation during working hours.
Unduly entertaining personal visitor during working hours.
Selling joods, goods, drinks or transacting business for
personal gain during working hours.
Taking breaks in excess of official break time.
Making and receiving excessive personal telephone calls
during working hours.
Lottering during working hours.
Doing solicitations during working hours for whatever
purpose unless authorized by the Company.
Section 6 – Non-adherence to the directive that all
computer/internet games downloaded and installed in office
computers and laptops shall be deleted. (V5)
***Subject to a penalty of P1,000.00 per game charged to the
REO, ASD Head & employee concerned.
Section 7 – Non-observance of cleanliness and proper
housekeeping. (V5)
Section 8 – Sleeping on the job except for operator/assist
operators in oxygen, acetylene, LPG plants and autogas
stations, and other personnel holding sensitive positions
where penalty is outright termination. (V4)
Section 9 – Neglect or carelessness in the performance of
job/duties. (V4)
Section 10 – Malingering or pretending to be ill to escape
work. (v4)
Section 11 – Failure to undergone annual medical examination
as required by the Company and the Government. (V5)
Section 12 – Failure to submit to examination by the Company
physician before reporting to work when coming from sick
leave when so required. (V4)
Section 13 – Absence Without Official Leave (AWOL)
especially when not communicated to the Company and the
reason for leave is not justifiable. (V3)
Unauthorized & unexcused absence at least more than two
(2) consecutive working days/
Absence not communicated to the company and/or the
reason for leave is not justifiable.
Extending one’s previously authorized leave of absence
without prior authorization or justifiable reason
Section 14 – Tardiness – reporting late for work at the
beginning of the designated work schedule. (V5)
Section 15 – Unauthorized Undertime (V5)
Section 16 – Undertaking any action that would result in time
fraud. (V4)
Section 17 – Disallowing of Personal Long Distance Calls (V5)
Section 18 – Failure to comply with established procedures or
work instructions on the employee’s assigned task and
assignment.
Section 19 – Refusal to perform a duty when so required by
authority or to perform an assigned task related to his job
description or demanded by business exigencies or any
defiance of authority or any act of willful disobedience to his
superior for so long as nothing immoral or dishonest is
required of the employee. (V4)
Section 20 – Refusal by an employee to accept task, shift or
work assignment after having given full instructions,
orientation or training for the job without valid or justifiable
reason. (V3)
Section 21 – Non-attendance or refusal to cooperate on any
company initiated activity or group work. (V5)
Section 22 – Unauthorized use of issued ID card/s or
identification material by another person with the employee’s
consent; or assisting non-employees or unauthorized persons
to enter restricted areas without the company’s
permission/approval. (V1)
ARTICLE 5 – Offenses Against Safety, Security
and Public Order
Section 1 – Possession or carrying of firearms and/or
explosives, bladed weapons and other deadly weapons within
Company premise. (V3)

Section 2 – Failure to surrender or deposit lighters, matches


and cigarettes to the gate guard upon entering the plant. (V4)
Section 3 – Violating safety rules and regulations of the
Company, Including among others, THE VIOLATION
AGAINST SMOKING PROHIBITION. (V2)

Section 4 – Failure to wear PPE at operation areas. (V4)

Section 5 – Use of radios, camera, walkman, cellular


phones and other transistorized gadgets inside the LPG
plant compound is strictly prohibited. (V3)
Section 6 – Allowing or permitting fire crackers, pyrotechnic
materials and other materials that could ignite or cause fire
inside the Company plant premises. (V3)

Section 7 – Allowing entry of gasoline, kerosene and/or any


substance inside the company plant premises. (V3)

Section 8 – Tolerating exposed light wires and slices on


vehicles inside the plant.

Section 9 - Tolerating oil leaks/drips at bulk filling gantry and


cylinder filling plant, loading bays and designated parking
areas inside the Company plant premises. (V3)
Section 10 – Tolerating repair of vehicles at the filling gantry,
filling hall, loading bays and designated parking areas inside
the Company plant premises. (V4)

Section 11 – Allowing dilapidated vehicles, vehicles without


brakes, gasoline-fed vehicles which are hard-starting and
with worn-out tires enter the Company plant premises
without clearance form Company plant officials (s)/head.

Section 12 – Entering restricted aread without proper


authorization. (V3)
Section 13 – Allowing unauthorized personnel to loiter is
strictly prohibited at the Cylinder filling hall, bulk filling
gantry, fire pump area, storage tank and Motor Control
Center without clearance from the Operations Supervisor
and/or Production Supervisor. (V4)
Section 14 – Allowing visitors in the Company plant operating
areas without prior approval from the concerned
authorities. (V3)

Section 15 – Allowing entry of persons wearing slippers,


sandals, shorts and sleeveless shirts inside the Company
plant operating areas except upon approval from the
concerned head or immediate superior. (V4)

Section 16 – Allowing Contractor’s worker’s to wander or


loiter in the Company plant premises. (V3)

Section 17 – Failure to require or ask from the Contractor of


the Work Permit (duly issued by the concerned government
agency) before the start of the non-routine works inside
Company Plant premises. (V2)
Section 18 – Inciting other employees and/or initiating a fight
or commotion (disturbance, trouble, disorder, etc.) inside
the Company premises. (V3)

Section 19 – Failure to adhere Company safety rules and


regulations at all times . (V4)

Section 20 – Failure to exercise safety precautionary measure


in the performance of one’s job. (V4)
Article VI
Reservation Clause
 Any memorandum may be promulgated form
time to time as conditions warrant.
 Any actions not covered by the provisions
enumerated herein but which is deserving of
condemnation shall be dealt with by the
Management accordingly.
 Management reserves the right to file the
appropriate criminal and civil action against any
erring employee aside from the administrative
action taken against him/her.
