about Aim and Objectives.
• All participants agreed that Aim and Objectives from this training session had been reached.
• Then as a closing, the trainer asks participants to evaluate the process of implementing this
training.
Training Evaluation from Participants
• Participants were very interested in the combination of methods used in the training.
• The tools for providing training materials are very helpful to facilitate the understanding of the
training objectives of the participants.
• The use of images and videos is very interesting for participants, so the training sessions
that are carried out are not boring.
• The minimum training time and limited training room need to be improved so that the training
session can run more optimally.
Training Recflection from Trainer
• In preparation for making training materials, trainers have carried out mapping of needs and the level of
understanding about the issues from the trainees. This is very important for trainer to make training
plans.
• After completing the training plan, the trainer considers the training kits that will be used for training.
Trainer is looking for and can get it after arriving in Jakarta. Keep in mind that trainer live in different
city. This makes there is a time allocation for travel so that preparation time becomes less.
• During implementation, trainer must modify the method because they have to adjust to the
characteristics of the participants, the time available and the small space for the training.
• Upon arrival at the training location, there is a change in the room for training. The trainer must make
quick adjustments in preparing the another training room. Buddy's role is very helpful in this process.
• For further training improvements, in addition to making a good training plan, it is necessary to pay
attention to the time of travel to the training location and there is sufficient time for preparation at the
training site. This needs to be considered so that the mood of trainer can be maintained and adaptation
to the training room situation becomes better.
