We study at SMPN 18 Makassar. It is on JL. Dg tata kompleks
hartaco indah blok 2A makassar. Our school is near by mosque
babul hidayah. It is next to SMPN 27 makassar. SMPN 18
makassar is an SSN school. It is one of favorite schools in
makassar. SMPN 18 makassar is known for its clean. It gets
adiwiyata awardand it becomes as one of the cleanest schools
in makassar. SMPN 18 makassar is also awarded for its library.
It gets the best library in makassar.

Canteen
Teacher room is located it is next to the principal room and behind the
green house.It is a place where teachers can spend their spare time during
the break timeor after teaching.It is also a room where the teachers check
the students’ assignment, talk with fellow teachers, and others. The room is
big. There are a lot oftables and chairs for teachers. Every table has
drawer. The teacher can put their belongings in it.The room is also
comfortable. The wall is light yellow with has many windows and two
doors. The main door is on the left and another door on the right side of the
room.
The headmaster of SMPN 18 Makassar is Matturungan, S.Pd.,M.Pd. He
gets award as the best headmaster in South Sulawesi. He lives at Jl. Bonto
Cinde No.15 Makassar. He comes from galesong, Takalar.
He is 53 years old. He still looks handsome in his age now. He has pointed
nose, he has black slanted eyes. He also has black and short hairs. His
height is about 163 cm, and his weight is 67 kg.He is smart, wise, and
caring for their environment.His hobbies are reading, playing table tennis,
chess and swimming. His favorite food is vegetable salads, noddles and
baked fish. His motto is be the useful person for the people as well as for
the environment.
Computer laboratory is located near the stairs and next to the green house.
Computer technology is a very broad concept, complex and comprehensive as well
as giving new powers to improve students' ability pesetas. Look at the substance of
learning of information and communication technology (ict) in the curriculum of
the new set level education unit currently in need of adequate computer facilities
and quality. Educational facilities as one of the most important components in the
learning process. Because by means of a complete and quality education, the better
the quality of learning and student motivation will increase. It will result in
increased absorption, which in turn will impact on improving the quality of
education. There is also a place to learn technology with adequate facilities such as
wifi.
The school library is located in front of one of the
classrooms IX. It is near room biology laboratory the IPA. It
is a place where the students can spend their spare time to
read and borrow some books in the school. The school
library is not big enough. It has green wall and the floor is
also covered by green rugs. In the library, there is a
computer that can be used to find the information about the
available books. The school library is neat. The books are
arranged neatly. There are many textbooks there such as
math, English, social, and science books.There are also
novels, magazines, newspapers, maps, etc.k
The green house is situated in front of the counseling rooms
and the teacher's room is behind the green house. It is a place
where all plants are collected, planted, grown and treated in
one room. Thestudents can take care of existing plants in the
green house by watering and fertilizing them. The green house
is one of the school's idea to improve the greenery school. The
school green house is made of nets, the stake is from wood and
the roof is from plastics. In the green house there are several
plants such as orchids, frangipani, aloe Vera and others.
The canteen is it is a place for students to buy something to eat or drink.
Canteen is situated terletak berjajar di belakang kelas. The canteen is not
too far. It is about 50 m from our classroom.In the canteen, the students
can buy bakwan, tahu isi, mie siram, nasi kuning, gado-gado, bakso and so
on.The canteen provideshealthy and kosher food. The food must meet the
minimum standard of healthy food.Order-take-pay-sit may be the principle
of the canteen management. There are many students enjoy their food
and drink in the canteen. They talk about their lessons or their favorites.
The canteen also becomes an important place to socialize with other
students from other classes.

THE WORKINGS
First prepare the cork large size, glue, black
paper, scissors, marker, plastic, color marker,
and pancil. Orange paper then cut and shaped
bricks shaped cut green paper leaves and
bamboo shape. Then put black paper over the
cork after the paste is also green and orange
colored paper that has been in the form of
black paper on top as a garnish. The next sub-
topics taped over the cork along with
decorations and finish.
