Issues Hampering RFE2 Progress
• Site Representative from AAI & Harris is required for uninterrupted work at
field.
• NPE Plan awaited at 2 locations- Jaisalmer (RJ) & Aizawal (NE).
• Last Mile ROW Pending at 35 locations which will cover 57 sites of
AAI/Harris.
• Actual Construction Permission to Carry out work Inside Airport Premises
pending at 23 sites of AAI/Harris.
• Working window available for construction is severely constrained in many
locations with weekly 5 days and only 5-6 hours of work possible in a day
due to security verifications.
• 7 sites where fibre has reached location and termination is pending due to
absence of rack. Rack installation at Kolkata Airport is pending for more
than 1 month post fibre work completion.
