Nowadays, Milk Tea is a top-of-the-line beverage in the

market. It is a beverage originating from Hong Kong and
influenced by the British. It consists of black tea with
evaporated milk or condensed milk. Another trend is the Tea
with black pearl, also known as Pearl milk tea a Taiwanese
tea-based drink invented in Taichung in the 1980s. Milk Tea
store have been emerged all over the country nowadays,
competitions is actually high in the market.
 Business Profile - Summary

UniTEA is a new study tea room in the heart of Dahlia

Fairview Quezon City. UniTEA will offer an organic hot and
cold milk teas with 7 different flavors, as well as organic
pastries and chocolates. Customers may also personalize their
teas as they want with no extra cost. Owners will first take in
charge in running the business, but need to hire at least 2
cashier, 2 barista and 1 security guard

 Brief History
UniTEA is a partnership business and will established on March
2019. Owners are trained as a barista and worked as a tea tender and
currently training to be a nutritionist and business management particular
in cafe; our knowledge of the health benefits of tea will help the
marketing and sales efforts.

blended to their exact specifications.

Our organic tea leaves and cow

milks will be supply by one of the
growing organic farm from Cagayan
Valley Region and stored in 30sq. meter
storage room at the back of our tea cafe
and it will be located along Regalado
Avenue, Dahlia street, Fairview Quezon
City. The owners have secured this
location through a two-year lease with an
option for extending.
 Competitors

UniTEA’s primary competition will come from three sources:

One things will make UniTEA stand out from all its
competitors is;
UniTEA will be providing products in the most
convenient and efficient way by having study room and separate
production bar for dine-in and take out. This separates UniTEA
from the competition that is customers won't need to wait in a
long line.
