Course Objectives
• Address the occupational/ professional English language needs
• Context: Philippine business, global trends and challenges
• Business Communication – comprehend, summarize, analyze,
synthesize
• Contribute to work place as future business leaders
Session Objectives
• At the end of this session, the learners are expected to have:
• Fully accomplished the needs analysis and placement tests which will
be done in class and submitted for immediate review;
• Fully understood the contents of the Business Communication’s
course syllabus, the requirements, the expectations of the teacher
and the goals of the class, and;
• Participated actively and candidly in the oral exercises.
Class Policies
• Max of 3 absences
• Tardiness of 30 minutes (means 0.5 absence)
• Integrity – no intellectual dishonesty
