 ¿QUÉ ES ?

«inteligencia emocional» nos
referimos a la capacidad de
manejar emociones que
impulsan nuestros
comportamientos y
las relaciones con los demás.

El miedo, la ira, la tristeza, el placer
y el amor.

Vamos a ver cómo estas capacidades de gestionar

las emociones propias y las de los demás pueden
influir en el trabajo de una persona.
 Autoconocimiento

¡LOS SENTIMIENTOS NO SE MANIFIESTAN IGUAL EN TODAS LAS

PERSONAS!

Si sabemos cómo funcionan las emociones en nuestro cuerpo, sabremos

cómo, por qué y cuánto nos afectan, qué situaciones las provocan y cómo
evitar que emociones nos impidan realizar nuestro trabajo.
 Autocontrol

¡Una vez que una persona se conoce a sí misma, puede controlarse,

pero no al revés!

Habilidad de dominar las propias emociones, pensamientos, comportamientos

y deseos; es una habilidad para controlarse y manejar "mi cuerpo"
 Empatía

Capacidad de percibir, compartir y comprender lo que otro puede sentir,

preocupándose por experiencias ajenas.

Implica saber qué sienten otras personas y saber cómo le afecta una emoción
determinada.

¡Si una persona no sabe descubrir sus propias emociones, difícilmente

podrá detectar las de los demás!

Ayudar a otras personas a controlar sus emociones negativas e impulsarles a

potenciar sus emociones placenteras, motivándoles.
