Whenever a judgement is satisfied in fact, or otherwise than
upon an execution, on demand of the judgement obligor, the
judgement obligee or his counsel must execute and acknowledge, or indorse, an admission of the satisfaction as provided in the last preceding section, and after notice and upon motion the court may order either the judgment obligee or his counsel to do so, or may order the entry of satisfaction to be made without such admission. Execution is fittingly called the fruit and end of the law and aptly called the life of the law (Garcia vs Echiverri) and the final stage of the litigation and the end of the suit (Abalos vs Philex Mining Corp.)
Satisfaction of Judgment refers to the compliance with
or fulfillment of the mandate of judgement. Entry of satisfaction of judgment 1. The sheriff himself will record fully satisfied 2. The creditor will file an admission that the judgment is fully satisfied. 3. The debtor on motion will ask that it be recorded that he has already paid.
