RATIONALE
A quick look at your television set with lots of advertisement should be enough
to tell that Filipino loves burger. This popular type of product is found in large
fast-food chain here in our country. Burgers are versatile food for those diet-
conscious people as they make it deliciously for few minutes to cure their hungry
stomach. Burgers are rich in nutrition and it will surely be a hit with the health
conscious because they do not contain preservatives that junk foods and any
other salty foods have.
NAME OF THE INVESTMENT
The proposed project shall be named “JAMA” Burger House taken from the first
letter of the partner’s first name Jonalyn, Allane, Marjorie and Armel (JAMA). The
name itself is very simple and easy to remember even young children.

TARGET MARKET

“JAMA” Burger will serve for all the people living here in San Jose, Dinagat
Province. This is one of the best place to establish this kind of business because
of its accessibility to the people whether near in the school and in highway.
OBJECTIVES

 To serve and produce a healthy and delicious quality of burgers


that will surely satisfy the taste of the people.

To provide a good quality of products to help the government


increases the revenue through the collected taxes.

To provide additional source of income to some unemployed


persons.

METHODOLOGY

1. Prepare all the ingredients.


2. Halve the burger bun and put it on the burger grill to make it
hot.
3. Add oil and butter to the burger grill and fry the patties. Be
sure to use low heat.
4. Roughly chop the onion and garlic.
5. While the burger are cooking, prepare for the toppings.
6. Wash the lettuce and tomatoes.
7. Arrange the burger bun on a plate, put first the sauce that
you mixed and the patty respectively.
8. Put the lettuce, cabbage and tomatoes on top of the patty and
cover the other half of the bun.
9. Cover it with wrapper and its now ready to serve.
