 CONCEPT STATEMENT
• Blister packs are a small package enclosing medicines in transparent dome-shaped plastic.
• Blister packs are definitely not designed with recycling in mind. There is currently no dedicated
process readily available to recover the aluminium and plastic elements contained.
• Medical packaging in general provides a challenge when it comes to creating a sustainable
solution, as medicine often has stringent requirements such as vacuum packaging, child safety
and a general robustness. Pair these requirements with the fact that we've given almost no
thought to the end-of-life disposition of packaging materials and we have yet another
environmental issue
• Our motive is to collect expired/out dated or unused medicines from Pharmaceutical
companies, drug stores and door to door.
• Further, to recover aluminium and plastic by using home made innovative way which we have
discovered
• Thus, to sell aluminium in market and earn from it.
• Current market price of aluminium is Rs.130/kg
