NO COLLECTION POLICY UPON
ENROLMENT

DepEd Order 41 series of 2012,


which covers the prohibition of
collecting fees during enrolment
and the start of classes, must be
strictly observed by school
officials.
However, starting August until
the end of school year, PTA fee
may be collected on a voluntary
basis and in reasonable amount.
CLASSROOM SCHEDULE

Classes for morning session


starts at 7:30 and end at 12:00
noon.
For the afternoon session classes
starts at 1:00 and end at 5:00 pm
from Monday to Friday.

Students who frequently come


late are advised to report at the
Principal’s office or Guidance
office for appropriate action.

or the order "Prohibiting Students

Phones During Class Hours".

 Parents are advised to present an
excuse letter if his/her child was not
able to attend classes due to
sickness and other reasons.
You can message the adviser once
your child cannot come to school.

HOME VISITATION (DUE TO
FREQUENT ABSENTEEISM)
A home visitation is a way to
bridge the gap between school
and home for students,
families, and teachers.
NO SMOKING POLICY
 “Smoking is prohibited inside school
premises. This includes open or covered
spaces around school building (DepEd
Order No. 73, s. 2010). Thus, students
and school personnel are strictly
prohibited from smoking cigarettes
inside the school premises. Proper
sanctions shall be given to students
violating this order.
