Storytelling is a powerful leadership tool. Stories build rapport and
connection in a way that facts and information do not. When we share
stories, we engage the emotions and imagination of others to help them
see things differently—and act differently as a result.

 Day 1
Leadership • Understand Self - who am I?
Storytelling • Understand others – where am I – the organisation and people – develop the emotional
intelligence.
• A mind-break – watching a video and analysing the content
• An exercise on stories behind the organisational culture
Training Outline • Case study
• A mind break – a story to think about and react
• Issues, problems and stories – a fun exercise
• Why at all storytelling is important – a lecture but interactive
• A group exercise on relevance of life stories & learning in business environment
• An audio story – hear and understand the speaker

Day 2
 Align yourself with your stories
 How to craft compelling business narratives
 A group exercise on collective storytelling to align with a thought
 A mind break – a story that everyone knows but connects with separately
 A story on critical thinking – identify similar situations
 Give yourself a break – connect the stories around – enter the people – an individual exercise
 Individual exercises to bring out the personalities
 Case study – an interactive discussion
 Don’t just say stories, but also create them. You are the hero! – interactive learning
