INTRODUCTION :

A college campus recruitment system that consists of a student login,

company login and an admin.The software system allows the students
to create their profiles and upload all their details including their marks
onto the system. The admin can check each student details and can
remove faulty accounts. The system also consists of a company login
where various companies visiting the college can view a list of students
in that college and also their respective resumes. The software system
allows students to view a list of companies who have posted for
vacancy. The admin has overall rights over the system and can
moderate and delete any details not pertaining to college placement
rules. The system handles student as well as company data and
efficiently displays all this data to respective sides.
Existing system:
Presently recruitment is done manually. That’s if a company is approaches
a college to hire there students. The college has to make announcement
through circular or by other communication medium with the requirement
criteria. Then the students get has to apply by communicating their
respective in charge. This method takes time and paper work, if a student is
absent on a particular day he won’t be able to apply for the job, he will miss
his opportunity, After company has to do short listing manually. From
these shortlisted candidates, they are called for interviews. After interview
short listed candidates are employed. So it’s all a time consuming
procedure.
Proposed system:
Campus Recruitment is aimed at developing a web-based and
central recruitment Process system for college faculty and students. Some
features of this system will be searching for jobs, searching information
about a company, giving feedback and sharing with friends about the
vacancy to your friend by the students. Whereas the admin is allowed to
add upcoming events, maintain students rank information. Rectifying
students queries from the feedback. View students and faculty details. By
using this website, it will be easy for both students and faculty to organize
campus more efficiently. By using campus students will able to get
information’s on time. Reduces lot of work, time.

their qualifications and skills to the requirements of employers.
Generally, searching for jobs on the internet involves a process of

HYPER TEXT MARKUP LANGUAGE (HTML)

HTML is an application of the Standard Generalized Markup Language (SGML), which was
approved as an international standard in the year 1986. SGML provides a way to encode
hyper documents so they can be interchanged .SGML is also a Meta language for formally
describing document markup system. Infact HTML uses SGML to define a language that
describes a WWW hyper document’s structure and inter connectivity.

PHP

PHP stands for Hypertext Preprocessor. PHP scripts run inside Apache server or Microsoft
IIS. PHP and Apache server are free. PHP code is very easy. PHP is the most used server side
scripting language. PHP files contain PHP scripts and HTML. PHP files have the extension
“php”, “php3”, “php4”, or “phtml”.
WEB SERVER:

The Web server accepts the request and sends the HTML to the Client browser that
requests it. Web browser and web server communicate through a common protocol (HTTP).
The examples for web server are XAMPP(any of four different operating systems , Apache
,MySQL, Php , Perl),WAMP(Windows, Apache , MySQL , Php ),MAMP(Macintosh, Apache,
MySQL, PHP).

MySQL Server-

MYSQL is a powerful database management system and the user can create application that
requires little or no programming. It supports GUI features and an entire programming
language, Phpmyadmin which can be used to develop richer and more developed application.
There are quite a few reasons, the first being that MySQL is a feature rich program that can
handle any database related task you have.

worldwide.

⇒ Integrate multiple load balancers to distribute the loads of the system.

We have let all the options so that if there is any other future requirement
in the system by the user for the enhancement of the system then it is
possible to implement .
CONCLUSION :
One greater advantage of hosting web is to make the resource to know
all and to become familiar who provides a way for development of
organization while hosting the software it should be attractive, user-
friendly, and easier to access. This software constitutes all this
characteristics
