Curriculum which maybe offered in
either Grade 11 or Grade 12.

In this learning session, the participants will be
able to:

1. Gain clearer understanding on the


contents and processes in teaching
Contemporary Philippine Art from
the Regions;
2. Discuss difficulties/concerns related
to the teaching of Contemporary
Philippine Art from the Regions;
and,
3. Identify ways of addressing the
difficulties/concerns in teaching
Contemporary Philippine Arts from
the Region.
The subject covers various contemporary arts
practices of the REGION where the school is
located. It aims to foster, among the learners,
a deep sense of appreciation to various styles
and to engage them through an integrative
approach in studying arts of arts from their
region. Through this subject, the learners will
deepen their creativity towards value and
aesthetic judgment.

chairman and a secretary to facilitate the
task.
