First City government funded university in Marikina
and it was started with year 2003.
In 2003 it has approximately 1,400 students, then it
rises up by 12,000 students in last 2016 and the
student population is doubled by K12 program.

to come when there’s a problem
• Having a hard time and lot of time to consume,
finding information of a student

We layout some of our ideas to find a solution to
their current problem by providing Web-based
Guidance Consultation and Information System.
Basically for improvement of their Consultation and
Information service.
