PROPOSAL: EXTRACURRICULAR
ACTIVITIES
the educational sector is broad and with many facets to explore, that is why we will
describe in extracurricular activities where a portfolio of interesting services will be
provided for students who want to acquire these activities.
Below we will describe the different services we offer.
School Name: DINAMO(WE TRANSFORM YOUR
DREAMS)
Description of the proposal

Continuing with the educational project of the Education sector, we are now with the design of
the product or service, which we will develop in a clear, simple and effective way.
In order to carry out this work we will focus on differentiating a private school with special
services or activities specific to others, that is, we will segment this sector. Next, we will describe
the educational establishment to be developed in this project.
Extracurricular activities and school services QUALITY. We manage services for schools,
associations, associations or companies and collectives that need professional services that
truly fit their needs.
We have a great experience in the organization and management of both extracurricular
activities and all kinds of school services. Great experience in sports, cultural, educational and
recreational activities, at the same time that we organize and manage urban camps, end of
course trips, school trips, play libraries, active breakfasts ...
Likewise we offer professionals of the sector prepared and experienced for school trips, catering
and catering services or business events, since we are also official school approved Leisure and
Free Time

 DANCE AND BALLET: to give a striking and genuine touch as it is our
educational establishment we give this service a name and easy to
remember identity, and its name is BAILEMOS, because with this activity
we offer a broad portfolio of different varieties traditional dances of our
regions, in addition to this the ballet will be taught as a sophisticated
dance, aimed at our girls. And for the traditional dances for boys and girls
of fourth (4th) and fifth (5th).

CHARACTERISTICS AND TO WHOM IT IS
DIRECTED
 ART AND RECREATION: many of our students are enthusiastic in this
activity but it is the most segregated because of its low subscription. The
name that receives this activity is IDEO ARTE, giving a central aspect to
the artistic ideas that can be generated, guaranteeing that the students
worry and occupy their creativity to elaborate and execute in the art. This
activity is directed for the grades from third (3rd) to eleven (11th).

DIRECTED
 SWIMMING AND SKATING: it is the activity with the most subscription
and empathy for our students since it is offered from grade one to eleven,
where students feel satisfaction and fun to practice them. It is called
SPORTU. With the following inscription well, that is to say, remaining thus;
Sportu ... well, sports word game in English accompanied with the word
well, meaning that sport and specifically swimming and skating is for the
good of those who practice these activities. It is aimed at grades three
through five; and sixth to eleven grade.

 THEATER AND TITERE: It is an activity where subscriptions are more limited by their
low demand (tastes), but with the guarantee that the teachers who teach these classes
are trained and experienced in these subjects, directed to the second to fifth and sixth
grades up to tenth (theater). The name assigned to this activity is TABLES AND
LAUGHS, this name is because the theater is related to tables by its infrastructure
material and the mind of the receiver will associate it immediately and laughs for the fun
and funny that it usually offers the puppets.

 For this point we asked 10 parents about the strategies of our services. There were 3 questions. The
results were the following.

CUSTOMER OPINIONS

 These responses gave us a good perspective on our services, always with room to improve, in
advertising terms they recognize us mostly in social networks especially Facebook. And finally the
payments of our sales would be made mostly in cash, because the great part of their students are
of high strata and with greater purchasing power on the part of their parents.

 Identification of the area to be evaluated: evaluations are always necessary to identify certain
anomalies that may be found.
 In this case, we found deficiencies in the marketing and publicity departments because their
strategies were not maintained over time and there were no great innovations, we also evaluated
the board of directors, they did not accelerate in the participation of ideas and costed to continue
with the project .
 Activities to review: it would be necessary to rethink the elaboration of new strategies that refresh
and consolidate what we already have, it is necessary to look for new options to continue
positioning ourselves in the sector and for that it is necessary to elaborate or strengthen the
strategies that we already had.
CUSTOMER OPINIONS

 Our clients also prefer us not only for the quality of our services, but also for
the human quality, since before giving classes we teach education with
values, ethics and humanity, and that's what our customers know.
 they describe us as the best option in extracurricular activities so that their
children can perform in an integral way.
