Abstract:
Employees, in today’s world, are best regarded as “Human Capital” for any organization. Companies tend to
stick with their target oriented employees. Employees who are educated, motivated and perhaps more likely
skilled.It is the basic need of an organization that it’s employees stand head to head with the fast growing
market. Therefore a system is needed which offers courses of latest tools and technologies to an organizations
employees based on their performances. This system would be managed by the HRM team of an organization.
Prior Art:
• Training and development (T&D) is an ongoing activity in every emerging organization. It demands extra
attention when the company size increases.
• Use of modern tools for automation of Training and Development procedures (dissemination, nominations,
approval, execution, out sourcing, feedback and analysis) are highly desired.
• Another aspect is on the high demand that employee directly participate in said procedures.
Proposed Solution:(cont.)
We, as students of 7th semester of BSCS, are selecting automation of “Training and Development” procedures,
that can be applied in a variety of organizations. This solution will be based on modern practices of HR under
the umbrella of interactive, easy to use, web based portal to serve all the stakeholders.

This project would be developed by following the Agile Software Development Life Cycle Model.

1.Modern practices of Software Engineering for deeper requirement elicitation, analysis and design phase for
portal.Understanding and implementation of relevant HR practices in portal.
