What is BPO?
Business Process Outsource is a subset of outsourcing which involves the
contracting of operations and responsibilities of a specific business process
to a third party service provider.

1. Back office Outsourcing: It works on the basis of process. The process

2. Front office Outsourcing: It works on the basis of region which


includes customer-facing, customer support, feedbacks of customers
etc.
