1. Advertisements- Listing your restaurant on zomato is free however, one can buy a banner to have a
premium listing on Zomato. These premium listings are the sponsored ads shown on the right of the
website/separately mentioned on the app with a title. Advertisements happen to be the largest revenue
generating source for Zomato.
2. Commission - This is only limited to the online ordering platform of Zomato which was introduced some
time back. Zomato takes a cut out of the order total from the restaurant. These commissions typically
range from 5-20% of the order value.
3. Subscription - Zomato charges merchants who want premium dashboard access which allows them to
edit and change their listing as per their convenience.
