Interrogatoire
• Terrain: ATCD : UGD/Cirrhose/cancer colorectal
• Prise : alcool / médicament (AINS, AVK-aspirine)
• Anamnèse : mode d’installation / évolution / heure du dernier repas
• Caractériser le saignement : abondance / mode d’exteriorisation / aspect
• Signes associées : fièvre / Sd occlusif / douleur abdominale
