to influence and guide and lead
other members of organisation or
followers accomplishment of a
common task.

success of any organisation. In the absence
of effective leadership no organisation can
work efficiently. An organisation is created
with the purpose of achieving certain
objectives through a human group, it
becomes essential to control this human

This style is inverse of democratic

without taking inputs from any
teammate and are expected to follow
the decision.

In this style leader let teammates
make decision while leader focus
on overall working of organisation.
However the leader is reponsible
for action of teammates
