PORK BARBECUE
• Pork barbecue is made up of pork
slices marinated in a sauce with
sweet and spices skewered in
bamboo sticks.

• It is sweet with a little sour taste


but delicious especially when you
dip it in vinegar and eat it with rice.
ADIDAS/CHICKEN FEET BARBECUE

• Chicken feet or adidas is


marinated in sauce with
sweet and spices, skewered
in sticks and then grilled.

• It is not sweet but it taste a


little bit sour.
FRIED ISAW
• Isaw is made from barbecued
pig or chicken intestines. The
intestines are cleaned, turned
inside out, and cleaned
again, repeating the process
several times; they are then
either boiled, then grilled, or
immediately grilled on
sticks. 
• Fried Isaw is coated in a flour
mixture, fried and then
FRIED BETAMAX
• Betamax is made of
chicken or pork blood
shaped in squares,
placed in skewers and
then grilled.

• It taste sour and spicy


that makes it delicious.
