• The stresses they face while in and out of school.

BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY
• The Guidance Office monitors and evaluates the
following manually: (1) number of seminars
attended; (2) counseling sessions; (3) routine
interview; (4) counseling report; and (5) events and
seminars.
• After graduation, before the Guidance Office sign the
clearance of a student, the guidance counselor must
have verified the following requirements: (1) job fair;
(2) seminars; and (3) routine interview.
• However, the graduates must meet certain
requirements before the Guidance Office sign their
clearance. A guidance counselor will verify if they
have attended the following: (1) job fair; (2)

seminars; (3) routine interview.
BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY
• Due to the massive amount of student record in their
cabinets, retrieval of student information is time
consuming. Also, when they are conducting routine
interview finding the location of the students is
another problem as they do not have accurate class
schedule of the students.

The guidance office having problem when it comes in
monitoring the students due to massive amount of
student records inside the office.

SCOPE AND DELIMITATIONS
• This study delimits itself in sanction given by the
Office of Student Affairs to the students, and student
attendance.
• Each user will be provided with login account which
will be determined by the guidance office.
• The student information will be coming from the
Registrar’s Office.
• The attendance is manually inputted in the system.

CONCLUSION
• Student Record Monitoring will help the Guidance
Counselors lessen their workload in monitoring the
records of the student.
• It improves the services provided by the Guidance
Office.
• It will help them inform the students regarding with
the seminars and other events easily.

RECOMMENDATION
• The "Student Record Monitoring System for Guidance
Office of Emilio Aguinaldo College - Manila” is a
webpage intended to make the future aspect of the
Guidance Counselor profitable by using it as an
advertisement tool and helps improve the service
provided by the Guidance and Placement Office. The
features on the webpage will be updated as the
school evolve, this includes functionalities like
viewing of events, student record, adding student
information, searching students and events, create
account for super admin, importing data from excel
and saving data from website to excel.

RECOMMENDATION
Based on the findings and the conclusions the following
recommendations are made: Student Record Monitoring
System that will store the records of the students and
generate a report for the parents and all the
recommended system must be linked to the website.
Additionally, the admin should see the students who
have seen the events and students could respond if they
can attend the event.
