ZT Assure
DHU Tracking Supplier Rating

We will start tracking the DHU data on the basis of
defect we found.
On the basis of DHU Report we will make Sure all the
Supplier should Perform ≥ 5%.
Based on the timely delivery, price & also Quality as per
our company requirement we will do the Supplier
Rating.
The rating will be consider based on the weekly &
monthly Report of the Quality Data.

RE-screening

This checking is done by the HO Qc to ensure the goods

which we are going to deliver is 100% perfect. Because
we are sourcing from all over India with a lot more
supplier.
On the basis of Re-screening data we will make Sure all
the Supplier hub should Perform ≥ 0.5%.
Comparison
We are getting so many defected pcs from our supplier
hub. So for controlling this we have to compare our QC
data with supplier hub.
On the basis of Data we will make Sure all the Supplier
hub Qc should do the checking as per our standard.
When the Quality level meets with our standard for
consecutive 4 week, we will eliminate the Quality
checking for that particular supplier from head office.
Supplier Scale Up
If there is no returns from the retailers for past 8
consecutive week then we will eliminate the checking
for every individual supplier. (Depend upon no of pcs
should not below 100)
This we will sustain with no returns for every supplier
And we will eliminate the Quality checking from every
supplier.
For every new supplier we will follow the same process.
In case if any supplier get more retailers returns from
the ZTA supplier (more than 10 % in a month) then we
will follow the same process as a new supplier.
