1. Open your browser. Type in the address bar the URL
“partnershipsdatabase.deped.gov.ph”

Login as Regional Focal Account
Enter username email address

3. On this tab, click on “Add User”

successfully registered

To change the password, click “Change Password” on the tab:

To manage the account created, click “Manage Users” on the tab:

Login as Division Focal Account
Enter username
Enter password
Click on
“Login”
button

3. On this tab, click on “Add User”

4. For creating “ALS Focal” user account

Select “Learning Center” in the dropdown box
Enter Learning Center Name
Creation of Account
5. For creating “School Focal” user account
Select “DepEd School” in the dropdown box
Enter School Name and select the “District”
School ID will be generated automatically

6. Fill out all other required details.
