Ingredients and Equipment requirements sources of supply the
materials requirements and their sources are as follow:
Production Process and controls that will be used manufacture the
product. Below is the procedure how to create Banana square.
1.first is combined all the the dry ingredients in mixing bowl which is
flour,baking soda,sugar and pinch of salt
2.in other bowl mix mash the banana
3.in another bowl mix all the liquid ingredients oil,egg,vanilla,and then
add the mash bananain liquid ingredients mix well
4.mix well until moistered
5.fill greased or use paper-lined muffin cups half full.
6.bake the banana square at 375° for 18-22 minutes
7.and then after baking put it on room temperature and put icing on
the top

1. Place the butter in a large mixing bowl. Use an electric beater to
beat for 2 minutes or until very light and fluffy.
2. Gradually add the icing sugar and beat until the mixture is very
pale and fluffy. Gradually add the milk and beat until smooth and
well combined.
