Opportunity Overview
• Turnkey tender of 2G/3G/4G, PAN India deploy, for ~ 31 Mio Lines. Replacement of Ph IV 2G radio equip (Pan India), with additional 3G & 4G
equipment.
• Tender Evaluation as a single package for all the four zones. Order awarded two bidders. L1 (60% of Tender Qty) to be awarded West & South Zone and
L2 (40%) to be awarded North & East Zone
• Separate PO for Access and Core to be issued by BSNL circles.
• PO for Access can be split in max 3 PO’s basis circle requirement. within seven months from the date of issue of the first core PO.
• Self Certification provision for Acceptance of Radio Sites.
• Warranty of one year after commissioning and 7 years AMC.

Purchase Orders and Payment Terms (CORE)
• Single PO for Core per circle. Broad Core equipment is MSC, MGW,IMS, BSC, RNC OMC-R, IP-MPLS, OTA, with
respective EMS’s and LIS & Billing integration.

assessment of liquidated damages if any, determination of commencement date for warranty & AMC date and qualifying for
payment milestone.
Purchase Orders and Payment Terms (Access)
Maximum of 3 PO’s per circle for Access Equipment will be issued within 7 months from issue of Core PO.

completion of the project against respective P.Os
