As members of the School Planning Team in

partnership with the entire community and the


stakeholders, we aim to empower learners to
achieve academic and personal excellence, exhibit
persistent effort, and become resourceful, inquiring,
and contributing citizens of our country.
We build a learning institution that guarantees
beneficial, safe, secured, and stimulating
environment that bring out the fullest potential of the
learners. It is equipped with efficient teachers and
functional physical facilities because our learners
deserve only the best quality of education.
The School Planning Team of San Rafael
Elementary School carried out a vision sharing on
DepEd’s Vision, Mission, and Core Values. With regards
to the content of the agency’s Vision, the planning team
shared a common idea on what it aspires a Filipino to
be come as far as the role of education is concerned. It
is aimed to see students catered in this institution to
indulged themselves in different activities which will
establish love for the country while developing their
values and competencies helping them discover their
full potentials in becoming an asset to the nation. As an
institution under the Department of Education, we
ensure learner- centeredness in engaging ourselves in
continuous growth to better serve the stakeholders.
San Rafael Elementary School is an educational
institution where fifteen teachers provide the needs of four
hundred thirty-nine learners from Kindergarten to Grade
Six. Our school upholds and promotes the vision, mission,
and goal of the Department of Education to provide quality
education to bring out the best potential of our learners.
It is the primary role of the elementary school to
produce children who are fully equipped with knowledge
and skills which they can utilize in practical and
sustainable living. The formation of good habits,
substantial ideals, and positive attitudes are also strongly
influenced by the educators. This ensures a country of
virtuous Filipino youth.
