LaunchPad will be phased out to BM style guide

•2019 is a transition year for LaunchPad

• All active projects/ existing Launch Plans hosted on LaunchPad will continue till end of 2019
• All new launches (including launch dates) will be managed on Smartsheet from 1 Feb 2019

• Global will create 2 smartsheets for each new launch

• One smartsheet for collating Launch dates
• One smartsheet for sharing the Global Integrated Launch Plan

• I8 affiliates are free to use the smartsheet to create their local launch plans and share it with Global but will not be
compelled to do so

• I7 affiliates will receive specific guidance based on the outcome of the sprint being undertaken to develop guidance for
planning, launch excellence & forecasting for the International region

Viewers Editors – cannot share

• View all the sheet data All functions available to Viewers, and the following;
• Export the sheet • Edit unlocked rows and columns
• Sort rows and freeze columns for their own purposes, • Insert rows
but can’t save these changes • Delete unlocked rows
• Filter data in sheets • Sort rows and freeze columns
• No editing or sharing power • Filter data in sheets, name filters to save them

Admins Editors – can share

All functions available to Editors – can share, and the All functions available to Editors – cannot share, and the
