Recommendation

Rendering the result of the research and the conclusions that had been drawn concerning the topic. “Stress and

Frustration Faced by STEM students in Rizal College of Taal” the following recommendations are with

considering:

1. To help the parents, guardians, teachers understand the stress that their sons, daughters, students are

going through, the given recommendation was proposed:

To address the problems your children, students were going through: parents, guardians and, teachers should

not pressure them but give them the support, understanding they needed. As persons who have more experience

and knowledge, elders must know what their children feels as for them who feel the same way before.

2. It is necessary for students to learn managing their time well so it doesn’t affect the others factors of their

life, there are possibilities that you tend to overlap things through pressure.
3. Limit yourself to a relevant person you may be in the situation. Don’t be irrational; just think

before you make a move. Being stressed doesn’t mean you’ll get a special treatment, everyone feels the

same way. So learn to maintain your composure, don’t let others break your inner peace.

4. Learn to know what you should be taking personally, simple stress and frustration shouldn’t be

always criticizing as a light matters, you wouldn’t know it could lead to death. And on the other side,

don’t overreact just because you feel uncertainty, it doesn’t mean it’s really worst. Learn to value your

health.

5. Don’t make permanent decision in a temporary situation, coping stress should be done effectively,

know what makes you overlook and return your composure again. Don’t just blurt out things when it can

be helped in so many ways.

6. Don’t be selfless, learn to label up, be the best version you can be, don’t let it bring you

down. Don’t let it shrinkage your significance, learn to sort things out in the best way you know.

Manage stress perfectly. Learn to join other co-curricular activities that will boost your

confidence as well as your will.

7. A future study should be conducted in a wider population, variety of age and make an

additional variable for a wider scope of the study.
