Dear Jessica,
Thank you for your help during our recent store renovation. Your design
experience and organizational skills really made a difference in how quickly
we were able to re-open, and the new layout already seems to be
increasing sales of some items!
We are planning a similar renovation of our satellite store on the West side,
and I would like to contact you for your expertise on that project as well, as
the time comes closer.
I have given your name to several executives who inquired about the new
look, and I hope that this will help you to grow your business as well.
Thank you again, and I look forward to working with you in the future.
Regards,
Kathy

To whom it may concern:
I would like to recommend Jane MacKensie as a candidate for a position
with your organization. In her position as Administrative Assistant, Jane was
employed in our office from 2013- 2017.
Jane did an excellent job in this position and was an asset to our
organization during her tenure with the office. She has excellent written
and verbal communication skills, is extremely organized, can work
independently, and is able to effectively multi-task to ensure that all
projects are completed in a timely manner.
Jane was always willing to offer her assistance and had an excellent rapport
with the many constituents served by our office including clients,
employers, and other professional organizations. She would be an asset to
any employer and I recommend her for any endeavor she chooses to
pursue.
Sincerely,

Class Assignment

 You are the event coordinator at GSK Pakistan. Just like previous
years, this year too, you organized a conference for doctors and
medical representatives at Avari Towers on September 15th 2018.
This year many doctors also participated and shared their views and
ways of treating cancer. Dr. Edward Lambert, a renowned
oncologist from UK also participated in this conference. His insights
and new ways of treating cancer broadened everyone's vision. He
gave live demos and offered to help the Pakistani oncologists to
implement the new ways of treatment. Being the coordinator at GSK
Pakistan, you have to write a thank-you letter to Dr. Lambert
thanking him for his participation, his live demos and for helping our
local doctors.
