• Cases filed in the 1st & 2nd level courts in stations with 2 or
more branches shall be assigned by raffle
• Conduct of Raffle: Monday &/or Thursday at 2:00 pm
• EJ shall constitute a Raffle Committee
• Membership: 2 branches, the EJ and the PJ of the other
branch
• Multiple branches: EJ, Vice EJs and 2 other Judges
• Clerk of Court
• 2 stenographers
1 •Notice of day and hour of raffle posted

• Date & time of filing, the O.R. No., date

2 paid & amount indicated; docket no.
sequential; recorded in the docket

• Listing of Cases- cut off of cases

3 included in the raffle is 12 noon; list
posted and copies distributed to judges
