 The sale manager act as the administrative head
of sales department who is having full control
over the staff of the department and
administering the sales offices.

 Here, sales manager act as the leader of the


salesmen at all levels and guides, directs them
proper guidelines and provides then incentives so
that they can perform their duties effectively and
efficiently.
