members in a group to interview some students

in the campus about their personal stories
when they experienced some intense and
strong emotion, how they expressed their
emotions, what triggered the emotions, and
how they handled the emotions.
I experienced some intense and strong emotions everytime I
heard a news or saw someone disrespecting a woman or
somewhat like abusing, any types of abuse. I always get angry
of those, who has callous conscience, it's also the reason of
my hatred towards men. I expressed my emotion not
through violence but through prayer. A deep, deep
contemplation or meditation. Because I know very well if I
can't control my emotions, I must not be consumed of what I
feel towards them, instead I must surrender it all to God,
and fortunately, with the help of this guidance, I successfully
realize my feeling. That's how I handle my emotions, stay
calm and keep praying.
