Display Window
• Display window was normal with mannequin placed in the entrance.

Store Layout
• The entire layout of the store was very good with each section defined
• properly and arranged properly. It had good walking space between the aisle.

Interior display
• There wasn’t any eye catching display items.
• Signage's were there on top of every shelf and in between each rack.

Lighting
• It has a very normal lighting with yellow lights in the section where novels where placed,
white light in the shelf where gift articles were placed and bright light in apparel section.

Music
• Music wasn’t very loud and wasn’t really attention seeking.

Product Display
• Display- Product was arranged well and every category was differentiated well and not cluttered
