Campaign modality:
This will be a slab based retail incentive program. Also there will be different incentives for dealer, dealer manager & DSR. SKU & slab wise incentives
are –
SB Tel will do primary, adjusting the minimum retail incentive amount & subsequently, dealer will do the secondary, adjusting necessary
incentive.
For higher slab incentive, dealer will provide the necessary incentive to retailer instantly. SB Tel will adjust dealer account fortnightly
(after every 15 days).
Dealer closing stock as of 6th September’19 will be within campaign scope. Commercial will calculate & provide applicable incentive on
dealer stock after campaign closing.
All incentive at dealer part will be evaluated & disbursed after campaign closing. 90% achievement against given secondary target of
each dealer, is the eligibility of dealer, dealer Manager, DSR incentive. Commercial / Channel Sales team will share the dealer wise
campaign secondary target.
All kind of data entry of campaign sale has to be duly put on ERMS. Company preserves the right to discontinue / cancel incentive for
any deviation of sales & data entry.
Based on company stock clearing, 10 best ZSM & 1 best RSM will be rewarded with BDT 20,000 & BDT 30,000 each, respectively. The
best performer measuring criteria will be shared by Retail Development team.
Attached is the trade letters for both dealer & retail. Printed copy will be delivered from our Logistics by 6th September’19. Please
ensure 100% distribution of trade letter to retail within first 2/3 days.
During campaign, out of total lifting of every retailer, max 40% can be of 1 GB models.
All regular back margin (activation & lifting) on campaign models will not be applicable during campaign.
Last buy offer of V135 will continue as previously communicated timeline.
All regional sales team members are requested to complete campaign execution briefing session to filed prior to campaign start.

Campaign duration : 6th May’19 – 8th September (V135, V140 ), 19th May’19 – 8th September (i110, i120)
Note : Dealers need to continue providing last buy incentive amount to the retailers until dealer stock lasts. Dealers are highly requested to clear their on hand stock within 22nd
September’19.
Modality :
Retailer will be eligible for Tk 200 additional incentive on further lifting (secondary sale) from 6 th May’19 for V135 & V140 models and from 19th May -
Tk 500 & Tk 1,000 additional incentive on further lifting (secondary sale) of i110 & i120 models respectively.
Dealer will do secondary, adjusting this incentive.
Consecutively, SB Tel do the primary, adjusting the mentioned incentive.
Dealer on hand closing stock as of 5th May’19 and further primary from 6th May’19, will be for V135 & V140 models and on hand closing stock as of 18th
July’19 and further primary from 19ht July’19, for i110 & i120 models within campaign scope.
Adjustment on dealer on hand stock will be calculated and disbursed by Commercial team. This adjustment will be given, after clearing company current
stock / sales target.
Dealer / region wise sales target will be fixed by both Channel Sales & Commercial and will be shared with sales team duly.

Remarks
2. Emerging retails are considered for development phase. If retail will achieve minimum sales of respective category (EO: 5 Lac, SIS- 3
Lac, SIS e- 2 Lac) consecutively 3 months, can upgrade their rank.
3. Existing category cant be changed before Oct'19. After finishing Q3'19 retail wise performance will evaluate again & finalize further
action plan.
4. Target setting modality July change considering business necessity, market trend, festival impact, seasonality etc. in upcoming
month.
