What is this case
About?
• Group has Men and Women participants.
• Women feel that men are dominating the group
process and decision making.
• Few Men approach you privately that women are
“taking advantage of being women”.
• We know that women are right as the issue is raised
within the group, rather than going to the boss.
• We will Jeopardize ourselves if we support the
women as the organization is a Dominated by Men.
• How to resolve this conflict in the best possible way?

• As we all know that the girls are doing the correct thing by discussing it in the group rather than discussing with the
boss.
• As it is a male dominated organisation, we will have to ensure that the Male group members are made to understand
that each person in the organization/group counts.
• We will have to take this up in an informal way or offline on a coffee where we make the Male group members reflect
on the female group member perspectives.
• All the group members should listen to each other and work collectively instead of working in ‘silos’
• The person who is neutral is required to put his step forward and should share his views openly.
• As there are 7 members in the group and out of 5 boys if one supports the girls perspectives, then there could be a
chance of voting. In that case, the Neutral person’s vote matters the most.
• TEAM WORK MATTERS.
