• Cor : Shape, size and site was normal
• Aorta : Elongation (-), dilatation (-), calcification (-)
• Trachea : In the middle
• Pulmo : Vascular pattern was increased
• Costophrenicus angle D/S : hard to evaluate
• Hemidiaphragma D/S : hard to evaluate
• Bones : Intact, there is no fracture, osteolytic nor
osteoblastic appearance.
• Soft tissue : Normal
• there are opacity in the hemithorax dextra / sinistra covering
costophrenicus angle dextra and sinistra, Hemidiaphragma
dextra and sinistra, marker of cor dextra and sinistra and half of
lung dextra sinistra
• There is an apperance of double lumen at level Vthorax 7th

• Conclusion:
- Pleural efussion Bilateral
- Congestive Pulmonum

Skeleton : Normal, osteolitik (-), osteoblastik (-) Osteofit (-)
- There is minimal air distribution on cavum pelvis, there is no free
air on extralumen, there is no radioopaque, there is appearence
dilatation of small intestine with herringbone appearence.
- on LLD photo, there is air fluid level appearence (+) with step
ladder pattern (+)
Conclusion
Partial small bowel obstruction
