 Established In 1965.

 The association serve not for only
blind people but all physical
disabilities persons.
Objective

 Promoting comprehensive rehabilitation of

persons with all categories of disabilities
through education, training, employment,
community based rehabilitation, integrated
education, research, publications, human
resource development and other
innovative means.
Departments

 Total 22 departments.
 Printing press department
 Artificial leaves making unit
 Cooking classes for blind women
 Hostle service for blind students
 Tailoring
 Administration block
 Mentally retarded section
 Psychiatrist department
2 hospital for blind people
Faculties and volunteers

 Total volunteers:- 35
 No special training for faculties.
 They are already trained.
 All faculties are paid in the association.
Employees

 Total
employees:-350 in whole BPA(blind
people association).

 All employees are also paid.

 They work in different departments of the

association.
 Income sources

 Many income sources in the association.

 Themain source of income is government

grants.
